Description

High pure micro silica fume can be also called industrial silicon powder, it is silver grey and dark grey powder with metallic luster, and high pure micro silica fume has the function of high melting point, good heat resistance, high resistance rate,high antioxidant effect, it is known as “industrial monosodium glutamate”, what’s more, high pure micro silica fume is used as an essential basic raw materials in a lot of high-tech industry.

Applications

1. High pure micro silica fume is widely used in refractory materials, powder metallurgy industry improving the product of high temperature resistant, wear resistance and oxidation resistance. Its products are widely used in steel furnace, kiln, kiln furniture.

2. High pure micro silica fume is used as a basic raw materials in organic silicon chemical industry, and it is used in organic silicon polymer synthesis.

3. High pure micro silica fume is made into monocrystalline silicon which processes into silicon chips which is widely used in high-tech fields, it is an essential raw materials of integrated circuit, electronic components. 

4. High pure micro silica fume is also used as the iron base alloy additive, silicon alloy agent in metallurgical casting industry, in order to improve its quench-hardening ability in steelmaking. Industrial silicon powder can also be used in some metal of the reducing agent, used for new ceramic alloy etc.

Storage:High pure micro silica fume should be put in a dry place, it need to be away from rain and sun environment. Because it will cake, and lose activity when meet water.
