Product Introduction of oil fracturing proppant :

1) Oil fracturing proppant is one kind of ceramic particle product with high intensity resistance, mainly used for underground support to increase production of oil and gas. Its main raw material is high quality bauxite,which are well grinding, mixed with various additive, then refined, granulation.

Oil fracturing proppant is a perfect substitute of natural quartz sand, glass ball, metal ball ect such low intensity materials, has good effect in increasing output of oil and natural gas.

Raw material and Process of oil fracturing proppant

The ceramic proppant is after crushing, grinding, pelleting sintered from high quality bauxite and other additives by the rotary kilns with a temperature more than 1300°C. Its mineral composition is aluminum oxide, silicate and iron – titanium oxide.
